Our stay here was really great. Everything was top-notch, the staff was super helpful and quick to assist. Our deluxe queen room was nice and clean, with a modern touch. a wonderful experience! 🌟

All in all everything was excellent, had a very very good stay during our visit. Loved the location close to all amenities. The swimming pool was clean too.

The updated, cosy rooms with amenities like a mini bottle of shampoo were great. The staff were helpful and friendly.- The hotel's location was particularly convenient, close to the water park.- The nearby restaurant, Steels Cafe and Grill, was a nice surprise.

Not much rooms were small and the bottled water was expensive.

The location was good, out of downtown, and very close to West Edmonton Mall.

The beds were not very comfortable, and the room was quite small.

The hotel is fairly clean. The location is great, next to the lake, West Edmonton Mall, Jasper Ave, fast food restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooms are immaculately clean, huge, and recently updated, especially the washroom. The property met all of our needs.

The staff was excellent and amiable and always on disposal. Liked the way our new-fashioned deluxe double room especially in the washroom was arranged. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities and a refrigerator too.

We liked how u had waterslides and a resturant so we didn't have to leave hotel to go eat.

I didn't like how hot the rooms were even when u put the ac on it was still to warm in the room it was a very uncomfortable night as it was to warm and couldn't sleep.i am putting no on question below as it was to hot in rooms and even when we turned the thermostat down it didn't help.

Conveniently didn't have time, so we're already planning to return! Stayed with our sister for 3 nights and had a great time. Everything was super clean, especially where the air conditioning is. ✨

Iam a non-smoker and even though we were in a non-smoking room the smoke in the building was very bothersome. The smoke travels throughout the entire building and affects everyone and everything.

nothing the rooms are discusting the box springs are not covered and are all ditry and falling apart the matress has springs in your back the plugs in bathroom didn't work the bathtub is all cracked the phone in my room didn't work the pool was freezing and the resturant is discusting. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. i was so scared to even sleep in the bed and then when i did i couldn't sleep b/c there were people running up and down hallway screaming and people up stairs jumping on floor all night. was not impressed at all.

The staff here are really attentive and the breakfast includes delicious options like waffles and pancakes.

I loved the hot tub to soak in.

non-smoking floor still smelled smokey. Rooms had a very strong fragrance (perhaps cleaners or 'air freshners' to mask the smoke odour. Had to open window to air it out.
